I bought Tammy some balloons\u00a0a few days\u00a0before Valentines day.\u00a0 There were three helium filled balloons.\u00a0 One for Valentines, one for her birthday, and one just because I love her.\u00a0 Two of the balloons have long since deflated, but one is still around.<\/p>\n

3 and 1\/2 months and still floating!<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

Believe it or not, the just-because-I-love-you balloon is still floating.\u00a0 That’s close to four months now.\u00a0 I have never had a helium balloon last so long.\u00a0 I have tried to make some guesses as to why this particular balloon is still in the air.\u00a0 Perhaps it’s because it was a little bigger than the others.\u00a0 Or maybe it was\u00a0filled\u00a0a little fuller . . . but four month’s worth?\u00a0 For a dollar store balloon?<\/p>\n

I’ll probably never\u00a0know for sure the secret of why this balloon has lasted so long while so many others have faded and dropped.\u00a0 But if I had to guess,\u00a0I would say it’s because of . . . integrity.\u00a0 \u00a0 No cracks.\u00a0 No tiny holes.\u00a0 No blemishes.\u00a0 No thin spots or weak points.\u00a0 A balloon made for holding HElium and nothing else, doing just that.<\/p>\n

As for me, You uphold me in my integrity, and You set me in Your presence forever.
